Our 2 cents: Makes getting the barebones files in place for a new AIR app way easier than creating the files manually. Helps bunding the finished product. Decent intelisense implementation, but kinda slow. Based on Eclipse and messed up my main Eclipse install, so I yanked it, but if you're looking to get started with AIR dev, worth a try.
